    very easy to understand and use.............looks very good......... am having issues with the turntable being smooth in running.......seems to be rather jerking in nature.....may have to refer to GEEK SQUAD for service.........however i believe it will serve us well over time........

    This was a replacement unit so the size was important. the back side was dented (inside the packed delivery box) but it doesn't appear to affect the way it works. The biggest complaint is that you can't read the buttons unless the kitchen is well lit. Previous microwaves had White letters on a black background.
