When it went out (power supply — the part cost as much as a new unit!), I found that the same model was still available. No hassles installing; just pulled out the old one and slid the new one into the already installed hangers. Also got Geek Squad protection on this one.

We went with the same company and similar model. I was able to install the microwave myself, but it does help to have an extra hand. The exhaust fan seems loud, but you do get used to it after awhile.

I purchased this unit for one of my rentals and so far so good. I think in the past few years I purchased atleast 5 of these and never an issue.

It did have a different mount and drill pattern than the previous GE, but the provided templates made it easy to mount the new bracket and drill the cabinet with one new hole left top to hang. The family loves the new microwave, and the Potato and Beverage settings are quite useful.

It would be nice if this product came with some printed instructions. What is a person do who doesn’t have Wi-Fi or no printer. I ended up printing out 22 pages!
