    Was given the wrong color by a best buy employee which was very upsetting the next day when I tried to install. I did end up getting the right color and the product works great! Just a very poor experience with best buy...

    replacement for our GE microwave that stopped working - same style and model - however, this one has an awful touch screen panel. You cannot see it at all - very dark and difficult to read - we are familiar with the screen so have most of the buttons memorized from several years using the old one
