I returned the item because the salesperson on the floor gave me misinformation. He gave me a very different price for installation than what I was told when I called to schedule the installation. I did not have the item delivered to save on the delivery fee, but then found out even though I didn't have it delivered, if I wanted it installed, I still have to pay the delivery fee. This was not told to me when I purchased the item. So, I decided to bit the bullet and go ahead and pay the fee, but then I was told I would not know the delivery day until the day before the delivery, and I would not be told the time window of the delivery until the day of the delivery. With my job, that was not possible, so I returned the item and purchased it elsewhere where I was able to schedule the delivery (no charge) and installation well in advance. Because I returned the item, I cannot comment on the performance of the item. I'll review the microwave on the site of the place I purchased it from.

This microwave seems to work fine and it was a nice unit for the price. the only negative is that the control panel does not light up and that makes it hard to see the buttons to press.

Does everything it's supposed to. Still works fine, but after almost 2 years, one of the display panel segments has failed so that some of the numbers don't display completely. It still works fine, but this is annoying.

Nice microwave. Easy to keep the stainless steel clean. Nice large platter. Has the one button selectors for setting cook time. Defrost works great. Easy replacement for our old GE microwave because we were able to use the same installation parts. Good price.

A bit tinny and does not have the control panel backlight we expected. We were told in the store that the unit was not plugged in and this was why it did not have the backlighting. WRONG!

Long story short, around Mother's Day, I had unexpected expenses & so got my mother a late Mother's Day/Early Anniversary gift because her previous one stopped working after the warranty ran out. She loves it and is super happy with it! (Fyi dad got a battery powered weed eater & leaf blower)

This is a great microwave. It is easy to use and easy to install.

Works great and is a lot quieter than our old Kenmore microwave.

Turntable works great did not have that in my last microwave. Install wasn’t too bad needed 2 people.

I was a bit hesitant about buying this brand, however I have to say... this mircowave has already proven to be an excellent product! And a perfect fit for our space.
