    Liked my older one better! It was a GE and purchased from you. The door sounds tinny and loud when it shuts, the panel for selecting time does not light up…., can’t read the numbers cuz they are black. Takes longer to heat up/cook items in 30 second mode…and other numbers selected…set on 10. Would like to replace if I could.

    Pros: Looks good, many good functions, does the job. Cons: Like many over the range microwaves, takes two people to handle installation and function keys are not lit up and blends with the microwave cabinet making them difficult to see.

    Pretty basic microwave, which is what we wanted. Two speed fan which vents outside for our installation. It works well, but is noisy on the high speed.

    i love this microwave I only took one star away because i do not care for the inside of the door- it has a sort of screen type detail- to make the door looked greyish.. it makes it look like the door is dirty or streaky.. I notice everything so if that doesn't bother you..

    The only down fall about GE Microwave, touch selections letters/numbers are small, really need to change the key pads on Microwave

    Was a perfect match to our stove and mounting was standard for an under cabinet unit. This unit was our best option to replace the old unit.

    Works as advertised with no issues. Installation was difficult with a backsplash going up too high, but they dealt with it. I had another installer from another place that aborted the installation.

    This replaced my high over-the-counter unit which lasted 17 years. They are both both are GE. I did the removal and installation myself. I do not recommend that if you feel hesitant. The new simpler unit works very well. I didn't use all the advance features of my old one. very happy with this model.
