    So far it works very well. It does seem like some of the button choices are not where one would expect and I do miss the designation inside the door of that shows quick Reheat numbers applt to what.

    One complaint....can't read the buttons. Same color as the background. Big Miss for the Engineering Department. Could have been easily rectified. I'm a Design Engineer specializing in plastics so I can speak to this with authority.

    The door is easy to open compared to the microwave (same brand) recently replaced. The service to install was also on time. The technicians were very friendly.

    GE applicances are great. Only issue I have with this is that it is loud. Yes, I’ve got my vent duct setup properly. This microwave is just loud under normal operation. Other than the noise this woild be a 5/5.

    The microwave is fine, the 5 stars are for the installers. FANTASTIC service! In and out in 15 min, polite respectful they even vacuumed before leaving.
