    As is with all appliances these days, it's made cheaply, as we had an identical one. So comparing the two, this one the handle is much thinner. We don't require anything fancy, so it meets our needs just fine.

    microwave works mostly fine except for the whistle noise it makes every time . I had a contractor install it and it made the noise the second day , removed it and checked everything and it still makes the noise. I need to contact GE to see my options.

    The process for the purchase was very easy and friendly. The sales person explained everything in almost no time. Installation Crew was excellent as well. They exactly knew what they are doing. They demonstrated the unit from all aspects. Very professional and helpful. Great Team
