    We purchased this microwave one and half years ago and the contol panel doesn't work. It started five months ago when the beeping would not work when timer went off. Total waste off money!!

    Very happy with purchase. I replaced a Kenmore that began having door switch issues. Sounds can be muted, power level is easily selected, and I was able to use same mounting hardware. I recommend to anyone considering.

    just a simple microwave, no convection, nothing real special, handle show finger print for stainless, so far it seems to work well just warming up items.. It looks good except they change the handle look,as I have other GE products that do not match this door handle??? Not much noisier than the average microwave..

    So far this microwave is all that it advertised. Easy fit over range. The vent fan could be stronger. Beware of installation. The crew scratched up my oven and left a bit of a mess.

    Over the counter microwave nearly identical to the one we had for 4 years. That microwave was still going but this one was as cheap as replacing the handle we had broken off the previous one. Seems to be quieter and working great just like our last one.

    This was supposed to be a brand new "open box" unit in excellent NEW condition. After an expensive installation (more than the price of the microwave), I saw a dent on the bottom of the door, and worse it is broken. It wont cook unless you open and close the door twice to reset the electronics (or else no button works and keeps flashing the word "food,") which is beyond frustrating. I would return it but I do not want to pay for installation again. This product was incorrectly labeled and has severe electronic issues. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.
