    Purchased this GE over range microwave Because i have had a similar model for 7 years and have never had any issues with it. For the past 20 years i have purchased GE refrigerator, ranges. Microwaves, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

    So I originally planned to buy another brand because the old GE (same model) we have literally died and it was manufactured less than 3 years ago. Read reviews of this microwave and a lot of GE's and ever since they got purchased by a Chinese ownership the quality of their products has gone downhill. If you are like me and got stuck buying this GE again because of the brackets I highly recommend getting warranty on it because if I had to bet this thing will break down again. And you better believe when I do my kitchen remodel I will definitely NOT get another GE for any part of my kitchen or home for that matter.

    Inexpensive microwave. Does the job but is light weight. Had some issue periodically with touching the buttons, doesn’t always respond. This is only microwave test would properly fit my space.

    Had to replace an over the range microwave. I was nervous buying online but the measurements were right on. Perfect fit. It also works great, faster than the one we replaced and better looking.

    I enjoyed that the mounting holes were in a more standard setting than my previous one. Only thing I have against it is I wish the buttons werent quite so soft. Not a deal breaker by any means.
