great model had all the functions we needed, had it installed and fitted in approximately 45 mins. you do need an extra person to hold against at certain times

I like the new microwave, it seems a little louder than the old one but I’m getting used to it.

The microwave that I purchased from Best Buy is awesome! The Sales Associate knew what I needed and met my expectations! the delivery and installation was way beyond my expectations! the microwave works great! I have purchased many GE appliances before and have been very satisfied with their products.

Great microwave! Does what it does. I love the stainless steel and is easy to keep clean if everyone in the house chooses to do so.

Pretty much like the last over the country GE microwave that lasted 9-1/2 years before it broke. The controls on this one are not as easily identified as the last one. It takes a while to get used to where the buttons are.

This was the easiest appliance purchase I’ve ever made! Jim was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!

Good OTR microwave, but the mounting brackets and installation information did not match the online information

The manual for assembly is poorly written, and the phone number given to call for assistance will lead you to a series of dead ends as none of the options you get upon calling actually offers any advice or guidance. The actual microwave is seemingly a quality product.

Purchased this unit to replace a 15 year old GE model. While this is a basic unit, it works well and looks good. Biggest surprise is how much better the under unit (stove top) lighting is. This model really lights up the stove top below, rather than the wall behind like the previous model did. Very pleased!

I love this microwave. The digram for installation was upside down which was a little tricky for installation. Also the vent is a little loud but I love the look, and all the options of this microwave.

It offers quite a bit for the price -- good value!

Clean looking unit. Easy to use. Not hard to install.

Didn't want to have to learn a new microwave when ours died so I looked online and found the same one. Best Buy had the best price and we were able to pick it up the same day. Didn't even need new mounting hardware--bracket was exactly the same. And it's working just fine.

So far so good no complaints yet they could do better on manufacture warranty tho it’s only parts and labor warranty not the entire microwave as a unit that’s covered.

Has nice features. But after 13 months, the handle is cracked in a couple places. We don't slam it.

Microwave is nice.... but Q&A from GE said Microwave was set up for internal (inside your home) venting....and if you wanted to vent externally, you needed to modify the fan assembly.... that was not true, the Microwave was set up to vent externally...and it took me an hour to modify the fan assembly to vent inside the kitchen..(vent internally) too bad the answers in the Q&A were incorrect...
