Almost too good, to be perfectly honest. After using an older Frigidaire model for years, we're still not used to how fast this one heats things up, but given that we can actually use this microwave, that's a "flaw" we can learn to live with. :)

I think dying in 5 years isnt great but that seems like industy standard. This one feels a lot more cheaply made then the one we got 5 years ago. The inside is smaller so i had to buy new dinner plates. This model my squarw 14 inch plates get stuck and won't turn. I really wish GE would use the same holes and wall mounting brackets between models. We have to drill in the cabinet every time.

All the new Whirlpool are over 17". Found this at Best Buy for a great price. Has all the microwave features I need and a good stregth 300cfm fan. Also the stove surface lights are towards the front which lights the surface more evenly. I don't have one negative comment.

Standard size on the outside of the unit, smaller than I was expecting on the inside, but it fits all the regular size players and bowls that we use.

I like the product and would recommend it. Also want to give a shout out to the installers. They were prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. It only took them about 10 minutes to install.
