I bought this to replace an existing GE unit that died. I wanted to use the same bolt holes. Unfortunately, this unit doesn't have the fan blowing out the front, so I had to buy an adapter that pushed the front lip out past the cabinet and thus changed the bolt holes anyways. The unit itself is fine. It works like any other microwave should nowadays.

New mIcrowave is much more powerful than its predecessor and has a rotating turntable which helps cook food more evenly. Couple of "old" features missing, however - no AM/PM or "delay cooking" feature, also does not work if food is placed in microwave too soon before turning on.

It’s a very reliable microwave. It’s pretty basic. Nothing fancy, I’m not sure how long it’ll last but so far so good.

This microwave is almost exactly the same as the one we replaced. I hope it lasts longer than the last one.

Good but fan starts automatically when heating and fan is loud. I like controlling speed of fan when I feel need for fan.

Pretty standard microwave, well built, has all the features you'd expect. My only gripe: it's very noisy when it starts up. Other than that, I have no complaints.

This is a quality product and works well. Good value for the money spent.

This is our second JVM3160RFSS. The first one died after 4 years - The fuse blew; replacement fuses blew, and then the breaker started tripping. Reading online, there is an issue with the door. With this one, we purchased the 5 year warranty, and now press pause, before opening the door, if the oven is still on. So far so good, after two months. We'll see what happens...

This microwave is the same model we previously had because of the features we liked including a 30 second display button. Great for coffee. Easy to read display buttons are featured.

Parents microwave went out needed a CC replacement and Best Buy had a white one in stock. Bonus. They love it and it’s a better newer version

Very nice microwave. Installation directions could have been more explicit about which side of cabinet to place template; went in easily after that. Cooks more evenly than my old whirlpool did!

So happy with my new updated Microwave oven. It's quieter than the old one that started to catch on fire. Installer recommended one that would fit in the space with a backsplash and I couldn't be happier. Have to get used to new controls but so far so good!

I purchased this to replace my GE microwave (2016 model) but the width was slightly larger than the older model. Hopefully this lasts longer than my previous microwave

Glass front on microwave fogs up when using it for a few minutes. Also, installer had some problems with inside the cabinet vent. I will have to call someone to finish the job with the vent. It does work but vent is very loud.

Happy with purchase, my old GE lasted me 12 years and hoping this one will too!

I have purchased this GE over the range microwave oven to replace the existing one with a broken handle. I was so surprise to find this microwave exact replacment after 20 years and it fit perfectly since it is an exact replacement and was an easy installation since it fit into the existing slot. Perfect. The oven have serve me well for 20 years. A great oven.

I bought this microwave as a replacement for one that I had which stopped working. I am extremely pleased with this one. For me the outstanding feature of this microwave is the light underneath is situated forward so that it lights up the pans on the front burners.All functions work as advertised.

Not bad microwave. I was hoping it would fit nice with the mount already in place but it didn’t.
