    Excellent curbside delivery experience. This was a replacement installation (replacing an earlier GE uWave), so there was no need to drill new holes for mounting, mated up perfectly to original mounting bracket. All around - a very good experience

    There seems to be an electrical problem with the door. With any pressure, the whole unit shuts off and all programming is lost. The craters on the floor are a bit harder to clean. Cannot really recommend.

    Has all the basic features one would expect to find in an over-the-range unit. No cooking sensor, but I knew that going into the purchase. As mentioned above, we'd like to be able to adjust the beeper volume

    The design for installing the locating hole provided did not work because the paper is flimsy and to many options to select which one to use. It took me 8hrs to figure out to locate the 3 hole from the top of the microwave without using the paper. I wish the mfr has provided one design 3 hole location with a thicker paper so that it will be properly tape to secure it to the cabinet. The middle bottom of microwave should have a frame that is thick enough to jack up and not be damage. The old GE microwave that I replace has that sturdy bottom to jack up.

    purchased open box great deal only thing missing was mounting template could be problem if new installation but replaced existing microwave and only took few extra measurements to get in. well worth doing know could have waited for replacement templates but not first rodeo

    The microwave fits well in the place for replacement. It has plenty of space and operates as expected. The LED colors are different than the replacement but otherwise it matches the other GE items installed in the kitchen.
