Best Buy was very quick and courteous as they demonstrated confidence and ease in installing the Microwave. I was concerned with the tight fit but they had no issues. Very professional!

My favorite part is that the vent fan is not loud and obnoxious but subtle while still getting the job done. The buttons can be a little difficult to push but that could be because it is still fairly new.

It was easy to install and it has been working fine. It is even quieter than the old one. This was much more economical for me than some of the more expensive microwaves and has suited our needs.

The fan comes on automatically if it senses smoke for a long period of time. It also has two lights one for each side of the stove which helps when cooking.

Althought stated as same size and wattage, the new one heats faster but seems a bit smaller with smaller turn table. This is not a problem for us. Like Express start.

The ability to use the timer while the cook time is functioning is VERY convenient. All choices, such as popcorn, beverages, etc., work very accurately. Situated above my stove, it makes a great appearance.

My old one blew up right before Christmas and this is the one I liked most that was available for pickup right away. It has been a very good microwave so far. It has a bunch of room inside of it and a lot of functions for cooking.

It looks beautiful above our stove. I do wish the number panel had some lighting on it; we have to use a flashlight or turn on all the room lights to see it at night

Drove the hour back to Bestbuy to exchange it. Oh wait they don’t have them in stock. I had to buy another one and wait 5 weeks for the new one to get into stock and return the old one.But, the manager did let us use the old one until the new one came in. Which we did appreciate! obviously it didn’t work very good because the food wouldn’t cook very evenly with out the spinning turntable. Only reason we bought another one, was so that it would match the rest of our appliances. Fingers crossed that the new one works.

We are really happy to hear that you are satisfied with the appearance, price, and usability of your microwave, but we can definitely understand how your dissatisfaction with the cleanability and performance would be frustrating. We sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused for you. Looking into it, we do have a few steps that may help you get the use you need out of your microwave. We do have a cleaning guide for the outside of the unit to keep it looking beautiful. For the most part, we recommend using a sudsy cloth on the case and then wiping it thoroughly dry. More information including the cleaning methods for the control panel is available on page 15 of the use and care manual.
