Best Buy, however, would not take the old one for recycling since we opted to install the new one ourselves. This was very disappointing, particularly since when we called to inquire, we were told they would.

At least four times the handles have broken after the warranty expires, and it is cheaper to buy a new microwave oven on sale than the repair costs plus labor for fixing the broken handles. I think this is a product defect the manufactuer should address.

The controls are different than the one I replaced, but I really like the single touch options. I'm happy with it.
