I would have purchased a "higher" level BUT i needed the color Bisque...so it will have to do! If i could, I would NEVER AGAIN purchase a GE product as GE is now part of a Chinese conglomerate! Disgusting!

My old countertop microwave would burn it before it was all popped. Auto defrost is a bit strong, tends to "cook" the food a bit.

Looks great, and has worked fine. Doesn't seem to cook popcorn like the Kenmore did, but that's minor. Great customer service in store and during delivery/installation.

(It replaces our old GE microwave.) Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as solidly built as our old one which lasted for 13 years.

Had it installed for ~week so far, and it’s performed well. Installation guide and templates for drilling to attach to cabinets were off, and had to manually measure.

I was so surprise to find this microwave exact replacment after 20 years and it fit perfectly since it is an exact replacement and was an easy installation since it fit into the existing slot. Perfect. The oven have serve me well for 20 years. A great oven.

Vent is a bit loud, but what microwave isn’t? I do like that it’ll beep to remind me I have something in the microwave.

Nice big rotating plate, it can cook and set timer at same time and is easy to clean. I hope this lasts longer than the Samsung microwave we replaced this with.

Pieces around it just kept breaking and was beyond repair. Plus it lost that nice white look. So far this microwave is every bit as good. We had it installed and was worth the service thru Best Buy.
