    It works fine but there’s an odd noise during operation. The vent fan is quieter than my old model, still GE.

    I had some issue removing front grill to install charcoal filter. otherwise all good. Called the number provided but, they were no help.

    I use the microwave rarely for warming leftovers. It has preformed well to date (4 weeks). I enjoy how quietly it operates compared to the Samsung microwave I previously owned.

      We're glad you reached out. It seems that you may have activated the Control Lock-Out feature. This feature locks the control panel to prevent the oven from being accidentally started during cleaning or being used by children. To lock or unlock the controls, press and hold Cancel/Off for about three seconds. When the control panel is locked, “Loc” will be displayed briefly anytime a button is pressed.     I am giving this microwave only 3 stars because of the way it looks after installation. My contractor installed over the stove with all the correct measurements and followed instructions. But no matter how hard they tried the sides bowed out. If they were not hidden by cabinets I probably would have returned. Design flaw. Microwave works well.
