Not purchasing another item from Best Buy. No follow up call(which I was promised) so I’m just going to work with another company

The only problem I have is the the fan is weak. I had a repair man come out and take a look at it to see why it wasn’t venting. He said it was working but these type of over the stove vents tend to be weak. I love that it creates more counter space but I’m sad it’s at cost of venting.

We changed the fuse in it because we saw the fuse had blue but it just keeps blowing the fuse every time we put a new one in so I’ve had it for just a little over a month and I have to go purchase a new one.

A little over a year the digital portion began to flash randomly, then the buttons stopped working.
