    I like this microwave. It is solid, the door doesn't sag or look out of alignment like so many do. The controls are different than the one I replaced, but I really like the single touch options. I'm happy with it.

    The microwave is a big upgrade from my old microwave. The specs said it was fingerprint resistant but that's not the case. Other than that, it's a great microwave.

    Bought in November 2024, already not working!!! Will not heat anything. My last GE microwave lasted 20 years! Come on GE, make something of quality again!!

We recommend disconnecting the microwave from power for a couple of minutes before reconnecting, to reset it. Information about what to try when the microwave is running but not heating is available in an article on our GE Appliances website titled "Microwave - Runs But Does Not Heat"; that can be viewed when you look up the title and click the 'Support' tab. Troubleshooting is also available on page 18 of the manual, which can be viewed on our GE Appliances website when you look up the model number, go to the product's page and view the 'Owner Support' section. If you aren't able to solve the issue with troubleshooting, our Bodewell service team is available at 1-833-426-3393, Monday – Friday, 8AM – 8PM ET. A technician would be glad to examine the microwave for any issues. GE_Appliances

    We purchased this microwave one and half years ago and the contol panel doesn't work. It started five months ago when the beeping would not work when timer went off. Total waste off money!!

    Bought it to replace The microwave in my 90-year old mother’s condo. She needed it to match the other bisque appliances. So glad GE still makes “bisque”. Love the appliance and it matches!

    This microwave fits well in my kitchen. I was a little surprised that the fan automatically comes on when using the microwave. But it works well.
