Called and the person talked too could not have cared less about my problem. Tried to call store and they do not take calls now. So i would have to uninstall it and drive 30mins just to see if they will exchange it or not, if not then i have to go thru GE. This thing is not even a month old in use. If you try to heat something it turns on but it does not heat food but the microwave it self gets really hot on the outside. Bust buy could care less, Once they have the money you spent they do not care about you in the slightest. Ya they wanted me to add the geeksquad protection plan on i have talked to these people before they know nothing its just random people off the street that know nothing about electronics.

We have an appointment with Best Buy for a tech to come out and review in March. We have not even owned this microwave for 30 days and already it has been out of service for more than one week and will remain out of order until the appointment and perhaps longer if it requires parts or replacement. So, GE products probably not the best choice at this time. If you are looking to make a purchase stay away from GE and look to another company. Obviously, the quality control on their products has failed. I should mention in the past I have purchased GE Profile kitchen stove, microwave, and dishwashers. They usually perform well for at least 6 years. Not this time around, so I am looking to other manufacturers for my kitchen remodel. No more GE products for me.

This particular microwave oven is very hard to keep the finger prints off of it and the glass door clean. This would never be my choice again Oven works just ok but it CHEAP in comparison with the one I replaced. I would not purchase again.
