    I'm very happy with this product so far we have not hung it but we have used it with the fan exiting the rear and it is very very quiet

    I purchased this microwave 2yrs ago and now the vent fan will not turn off it blow hi and low and it’s blowing hot air so we unplugged its a good thing I didn’t toss out the counter top when I remodeled the kitchen. I guess I’ll begin my search for a new Microwave

    I am not reviewing the actual Microwave. I am reviewing the overall Bestbuy experience. I have ordered the appliance twice and have not received it yet. It has been over six weeks since the first order. Delivery dates have come and gone. At the store they could not figure out why the first unit was delayed and cancelled the order and placed it again since the system would provide a NEW delivery date. That date has been missed also.

    The microwave was a perfect replacement for my old one. The dimensions in the specs are very exact therefore it is safe to measure and plan as outlined.

    Works well. Design is slightly wider than old model, had to trim cabinet to make it fit (rounded door end).
