It is considered normal to have a small amount of play to the microwave door up or down of approximately 1/8". This is more often observed on the over-the-range models. Not built to last.

Display blinking was an issue at random after the 1st years. But now just after 2 years it wont heat. Now do we replace with same crappy quality to use same mounting or drill more holes into our tile and cabinets. ???

The old one broke in 4 years

I will never buy anything from best buy again hope you ho bankruptcy.
