      If the Microwave display is starting to only show partial characters, for example, segments of the numbers/letters are missing, or has started to dim or fade over time, try disconnecting power to the Microwave for a couple of minutes to reset the controls. If this does not help, service will be needed. You can schedule service online by visiting the GE Appliances website or by calling 833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) M-F 8AM-8PM ET, Sat-Sun: Closed.     I finally opened the box the microwave was damaged I had to call GE they sent a technician to service it the buttons was not working overall I like the microwave it’s really nice
