||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In less than 3 years I have had to replace 3 fuses, 3 door monitor switches and 2 latch boards. The reason for these actions is that with daily use, the latch boards (which receive the door latches when the door is closed) develop wear tracks where the door latches mate. And when the wear tracks get deep enough, the door switches get activated out of sync, causing blown fuses and fried switches. Don't buy this unless you enjoy ordering parts and putting them in.

Service tech ordered part stating fuse went out, had part sent to my home. Severe weather hit 11/4/22 the day my microwave was suppose to be repaired. I was given an ETA 9-1 PM received a call late evening starting I need to call to setup another appointment. Called Saturday offife is closed. Please do not buy this product.

This one, however, is nowhere near as nice, despite being newer. It always leaves a scorched spot in the center of anything you heat.

Replaced fuse mutiple times then it completely died. It was out of the return period so I bought another figuring I just got unlucky with the first one. Well, I got lucky again ;( Same thing happend and just outside of the return period. There are other reviews here describing the same issue. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I’ve called the store several times and I’m on hold for over 30 min. I waited over 45 min to speak to someone regarding a MISSING part. Then they sent me the WRONG part! At this point I’m over it!
