Dont waste your money unless you enjoy spending $200 every year and a half or so on a new microwave.

From decades in IT and around electronics this sounds like bad caps or power supply in a unit that is only a month old. Not happy and I wish I'd bought another brand. We'll see if I can get a replacement or repair.

I knew taking it out of the box it was flimsy and cheap. It died in 90 days. GE support makes repairs beyond difficult to the point you just throw it out and buy something else that's NOT GE.

This model's clock display is not designed to have a space between the numbers and colon, so the numbers are indeed closer together than with some other models. Regarding the color, the pictures on our GE website show the model with both a white light display and green light display; we regret that you didn't receive the color you were wanting, and are dissatisfied with the microwave's display. Received wrong microwave

Went to install it last night only to find out that the customer care manager had loaded a black colored microwave instead of the white one that I ordered. Now I have to drive out to Virginia Beach location to exchange it because the Greenbrier store does not have any in stock at the moment.

Although the control is working but, there is no light on the control. in other word, you have to use a light to used this unit if you have a bad eye sight.
