    I am not impressed at all. This is my 2nd GE microwave and same issue. It’s makes loud noise and then the end. Not impressed!!!

    It blew up fuse every two weeks, don't know what's wrong. previous GE microwave last 12 years and this one barely 3 years.

    Microwave was mediocre at best when it worked. It stopped working after 18 months.

    Started blowing blowing fuses at exactly 2 years. Planned 0bsolescence with Chines made products.

    Do not buy! Stopped working in three weeks. GE warranty repair parts take over two weeks to come in. Still waiting for them.

    Lasted exactly 2 years. The fuse went off or something. Again need to buy a new one and have someone install it as it's over the range :(

    Nut to fasten top was missing

    The nut on one side to fasten the microwave to the top was missing. Granted I purchased this in August and went to install it today. Best Buy would not take the return due to the length of time

    I bought this to replace my existing microwave and unfortunately a week after the warranty expires the turntable started making noise. No fix for it flout to replace.

    Door makes noise when opening,, buttins on face of microwave hard to push. Other than that works good.

    G.E. micro range was very loud when on. Also the circular plate is much smaller than the previous one. Food did not come out hot and had to be reheated a few times.

      Hello Valued Consumer - thank you for providing a review of your new over-the-range microwave. This is a nice model with 1,000 watts. It should not be slow to heat your food. The turntable is 13.5" round. Most of our over-the-range microwaves are this size. We recommend trying the microwave performance test: 1) Place a glass bowl (preferably a 2qt. Pyrex measuring bowl) with 1qt. of water in the center of the microwave cavity. The water must be 59-75 degrees Fahrenheit (15-24 degrees Celsius); 2) Heat the water for exactly 2 minutes 30 seconds on High (this is the default setting); 3) A temperature rise in the range of 28-40 degrees Fahrenheit (15-22 degrees Celsius) indicates that the oven is cooking properly.     Cheap looking microwave. Had a previous he ge microwave and the quality is not the same. Can’t wait to be a new one.

    Did not come with turntable. After a 30 minute phone call to customer service, I still don't know if it will be provided. Be careful when the item has been marked down.

    Hard to read keypad unless every light in the kitchen is on. Terrible design. Keypad should have a backlight.

    I like the functions of this microwave, but it is noisy. In particular the fan is very loud.
