    Stopped working don’t turn on. Already replaced fuse still don’t work 3months after purchasing

    Handle on microwave broke and costs almost as much as the microwave to replace.

We want to tell you how much we appreciate you letting us know so that we can work to prevent this from happening again. We also wanted to let you know pricing can be dependent on several factors. The economic elements include distribution, warehousing, and marketing costs, which account for a portion of the selling price of the part. Other factors like usability (cosmetic vs. functional) and availability also contribute to pricing. Unfortunately, in some cases, purchasing replacement parts can be less cost effective than replacing the appliance, especially with older appliance or small appliances like microwaves.     With tax it cost me $243 and lasted 14 months. Lost power just after the 1 year factory warranty expired.

If you still have your unit and are still having issues with the unit operating, take a look at the following information to see if it helps: - If the control panel lights up and you hear the beeping sound when you press the buttons, but the oven does not turn on when you touch start, check to be certain that the door is securely closed. If a dish touches the door when the door seems closed, it actually may not be firmly closed. Unless the door is closed to engage the safety interlocks, the microwave energy cannot come into the oven. If the microwave still does not work, you can try to unplug it for 30-minutes and try the above again. Otherwise, service may be required.
