Horrible, broke in one week. Would not recommend to anyone

Easy to install. Perfect replacement for the one we had that unexpectedly stopped working. Easy to operate and is quiet when running. Biggest complaint is how loud the door is closing.

I purchased this microwave on Wednesday 3/13, it died on 3/14. It will be returned on Saturday.

Perfect fit from our previous microwave. Install was very easy. It is easy to clean out. The cook cycle seems to do very well.

Great microwave.. my old one gave out and in the process i shopped for the same brand and similar in size. I found this and install was sort of a breeze(since i only had to change where the top screws were located). Microwave is working great. A+

Excellent microwave. Works very well. Very easy to use, easy to clean. Heats well, size of microwave perfect for every day use. We self installed and instructions very detailed and straight forward. Installation went very well. My brother in law is very skilled in DIY. The microwave measurements were perfect and the unit fit very well.

Installation of microwave is fairly easy if you have a person to assist with installation of mounting bolts. Unit looks good and functions for the purpose it was purchased for; lots of settings that I don't use but they are properly a nice feature for some.

For the price, my complaints do not warrant deducting stars. I do wish the ventilation was stronger. It somewhat pulls steam and smoke up and out of my house even on the highest setting (there are two- high & low). There are two vents and they are on the left and right on the back. There are two light fixtures and they are on the left and right in the front. The lights have two settings- brightest and then dimmer. The button panel is difficult to read in low lighting. A lighted panel or bold font would solve this issue. The font seems almost gray in color and it is thin. The door of the microwave is *very* lightweight. Be careful when lifting this microwave and holding it. The microwave definitely is on the lower quality end but we get what we pay for usually, eh? The microwave does what it needs to do for its price point. Overall, it's a nice microwave that gets the jobs done and it looks nice, too.
