Our new GE microwave is exactly what we were looking for. We have had it only a few weeks but so far, so good. It looks great and fit perfectly. Size specifications are accurate, controls are easy to use.

This was a replacement of same model which died on me after 7 years. I wanted the same model as it was fabulous. I worried that newer construction would not be as good as original but appliance is perfect. Thank you.

i am very pleased with my microwave. i love the sleek look, it cleans easily and works perfectly. Also, i was especially happy with the best buy installers. They were respectful, and kind and fast cleaned up their mess. I am a new fan of best buy.

So far the microwave works very well! This is my first GE appliance so I was worried if I would like it or not but so far it is going well.

This is a high quality and beautiful microwave! It fit amazingly above my range and adds to the beauty of my kitchen. I bought another brand from a competitor, but returned it and bought this from Best Buy. So glad I went with Best Buy!

So far it works well. Easy to learn how it works. Nice looking in my kitchen. For the price you pay definitely worth it.

Is alright but my old 13 yr old LG that finally died due to door was overall better! The buttons on the GE here you really have to push them to work - no simple touch like LG. Also I find express cook button annoying. Just have a friggin keypad there to set time. I hate I have to hit time cook first and if I forget and start hitting time then express time starts it up. Really stupid. other than the buttons it is alright and looks alright. One good thing I guess I was able to use the same LG wall bracket up on this one too so that was good and screw holes were almost same too.

We purchased this microwave yesterdayoh, because we had been having success with our GE microwave from 2006 thru 2020. Then it stopped working. I would absolutely recommend paying Best Buy to install this microwave. OUR CONTRACTOR SPENT 7 HOURS ON install & cleanup. The directions were long and endless. Many were not clear. Best Buy told me that someone would come with a jack and jack it up on my stove top. My stove top is made of glass , so there was no way we could allow that. ALSO they would make us wait 3 weeks for install. We were able to stack pieces of wood on cushions on the stove top. Unfortunately GE attached the brackets to the back of the microwave and there was no big sign on the microwave stating that we should REMOVE them with a screwdriver prior to installing, THIS COULD be easily added by GE. Luckily we watched videos online and realized we had to remove those brackets FROM BACK IF MICROWAVE and were able to use the old GE brackets, but GE changed where the screws that mount from the top would enter, so we needed a drill. NIGHTMARE INSTALL! Microwave working WELL. The light on the unit is brighter and the fan is stronger than on the old one. Would you recommend this to a friend

Simple to use it one thing is missing on the top opening above the door there is no grill and the item placed in the cabinet can fall in it damaging the door of microwave.

I need to replace an older GE Model. This one fit perfectly in the same space and has been working great.

Easy to install and easy to use. The carousel insures even cooking, and it looks great. One small issue with the directions is that they say that the default is set to vent inside; however, it is actually set to vent upward. I didn't realize this until the air was venting into the cupboard above the stove. So, had to un-install, re-route the air flow (via the directions), and then re-install. Also, had to go online to find a charcoal vent filter as it does not come with one.

Good, but the fan turns on when using every time. This causes additional noise. Takes getting use to. Other than that it is great.

I had a GE profile, this was much less expensive. I wish I had not chose the stainless steel, also I don't like the black panel, It is hard to read.

The processs from purchase to DIY installment was a breeze. A good price to replace a 15 yr microwave and works better than the old one.

Nice product. Pretty straightforward to install. Took out the existing hood and put this in. Wish you could input cook time directly rather than just having the quick cook buttons that just add time by the minute. There's a 30 button but sometimes I just want 20 seconds. Oh well. Other than, it works great.

Replaced a Frigidaire microwave that crapped out after two years. So far this thing works great and looks wonderful.

SO far so good. We had to replace our old microwave when it stopped working with this new one. So far it's working well. And it looks very nice with the rest of kitchen appliances.
