    bought this December 27, 2022. Stored it and installed June 2024. Last week the screen started flickering and now the microwave does not work. Barely used it for one year and it has quit on us.

    Very loud. Stopped heating after 2 years. Display blinking was an issue at random after the 1st years. But now just after 2 years it wont heat. Now do we replace with same crappy quality to use same mounting or drill more holes into our tile and cabinets. ???

    Door noticeably misaligned

    I was so happy to replace broken 12 year old Maytag microwave this model but when I opened a brand new box I noticed that the door is badly misaligned, I'm not sure if this is the case for all of them but definitely returning this one.

    The installers put one bracket on the wall. It is crooked. It measured 14.5 inches on one side and 15 on the other. They said the microwave did not fit, which is a lie because later we lifted it up there and it fits. They left it in the floor and I still need it installed. They left screws and metal pieces lying everywhere mixed with those of other appliances which they tried to install and didn't.

    Arrived as advertised. Installed and worked for 5 days. Display went dark. Arranged for GE repair to come to fix it. 20 days later was the first appointment. Wire had come loose inside the unit. Works now

    The very first week i brought the microwave GE had to sent a technician over to fix it and 24 months after it broke down again, I had to replace it used to believed in GE I don't thing I can say the same so disappointed.

    All over the range microwaves are only good for a couple years. This will be my last, hope to see 2 years.

    If I could send this back, I would, I knew it was to good to be true on the sale price, my husband had a stroke (memory) so I tried to get one basically the same my old GE was so much better they took out major things that I had , to top it off it’s very very noisy and the turn table makes noise.

    I juat read the many reviews about this microwave. Also stipped working after a year mark. Not heating food. I bet service is more expensive than buying a new one. Very disappointed in this product. Buyers be ware!

    no one in dept to assist with my needs. when someone was in dept they were assisting another customer and was told this could take a while. a another rep was called to assist but never showed up..one customer shook her head and walked out. when i was finally helped the gentleman was very helpful.
