    I bought this GE microwave to replace by existing GE space maker microwave (this one was recommended by GE). Guess what non of the screws matched So needed to place new base board and drill new holes on top Should have bought a cheaper one and it probably would have matched the holes

    I bought this microwave about a year ago and has broken three times already. Just FYI, my previous brand was working without any issue for 11 years. I have service protection plan and getting it fixed is a headache.

    Ordered item and when I was to pick up I was notified that it would be three weeks before I could get the product

    I have bought 2 of these microwaves only for the fact that I knew this model would fit in the area that it was mounted but after about a year and a half to 2 years it will short out and stop working. Dont waste your money unless you enjoy spending $200 every year and a half or so on a new microwave.

    If this oven is on more than three minutes it starts to make a groaning, buzzing sound. From decades in IT and around electronics this sounds like bad caps or power supply in a unit that is only a month old. Not happy and I wish I'd bought another brand. We'll see if I can get a replacement or repair.

    Horrible experience, microwave was missing bracket and screws, installation was scheduled 3-4 times, brackets were never delivered, finally ended up returning back to best buy. Worse customer service experience as these department don't talk to each other

    Get extended warranty, mine started tripping my circuit breaker after a year and a month, just missed the 1 year warranty mark.

    Broke down after 14 months of use. So disappointed. It was working fine then suddenly after 14 months . Then vent turned on by itself touch pad not working and it microwave is very hot without any use.

    absolute junk. I knew taking it out of the box it was flimsy and cheap. It died in 90 days. GE support makes repairs beyond difficult to the point you just throw it out and buy something else that's NOT GE.

    The time display is too small and close together, very difficult to read time. Also I saw a print of this and the numbers were green, which is the color I want. They are blinding white on the one I got.

This model's clock display is not designed to have a space between the numbers and colon, so the numbers are indeed closer together than with some other models. Regarding the color, the pictures on our GE website show the model with both a white light display and green light display; we regret that you didn't receive the color you were wanting, and are dissatisfied with the microwave's display.
