stop working after 13 months of use

I bought one in 2018 and already having issues with trip breaker during cook cycle... this product is not worth the money spent. I guess GE has released fault product

I have been without a microwave for almost 2 mos

The old one has already been removed. There was an issue with the first attempt at installation. I have not been told what the problem is. I just keep being rescheduled. This is not very good customer service.
