    Could not use it as it showed up. It was damaged when it was made but it was packaged and shipped anyway. The box was not damaged and nothing inside was damaged to it had to have been bent up when it was put in the box.

    Terrible service for installation. Appointment canceled twice. Rescheduled again and they never showed up and not even a phone call.

    Yesterday it’s stoped working ((( 7 months after purchase … microwave for $300 insane … so disappointed… don’t waist your money

    Only bought it because it fit the built-in space. Door is tough to open and very noisy. Frequently trips circuit breaker.

    Awful microwave. Stopped working 1 day after Best Buy 15 day return policy. GE customer service is brutal.

    We haven't even had this for two months and it has already completely quit working. It is past the return date now. I would not recommend!

      Hello. We appreciate you reaching out to us, though we truly hate to hear your microwave is not working after less than two months. We know that would be frustrating, and would recommend taking advantage of the limited manufacturer's warranty that lasts for the first year by contacting our service department at 1-800-432-2737. Information on your warranty is on page 20 of the manual. There are also troubleshooting steps in the manual as well, and you may want to check the circuit breaker and fuses to make sure enough power is reaching the unit. Disconnecting the unit from power for a couple minutes, then connecting again, also may help - this resets the electrical components.     Install was a disaster. It took 2 appointments. First was a no show no call second was 6 hours late.

    This microwave broke in 8 months. Tripped the breaker. Got it fixed (replaced 2 internal switches) but it broke again a few days later. Don’t waste your money or time on this one.

    It blew up fuse every two weeks, don't know what's wrong. previous GE microwave last 12 years and this one barely 3 years.

    I am not impressed at all. This is my 2nd GE microwave and same issue. It’s makes loud noise and then the end. Not impressed!!!
