Purchased this microwave and a dishwasher. Since I am still a Total Tech member, the installation was included at no extra cost. I assumed someone from the Geek Squad would do the installation of both appliances. Instead a third party installer did the work. I was not impressed. They were in a hurry to get job completed and made some mistakes. Also, the old dishwasher was hardwired (no electrical plug). I asked him to hardwire the new one and he said that was "not allowed". So he charged me $150 (cash) to install a plug. I later read the GE installation instructions and it describes how to hardwire the dishwasher. So I feel I got fleeced by this guy. I expected more from Best Buy.

We had to replace ours that was purchased March 2018. While using, it flipped our circuit breaker...NOT GOOD! That's why I gave this unit an "Average" rating. I feel that a microwave should last more than 2 years used in a home setting. We really liked this model and the price was good, however this time I included an 5 year extended warranty thru Best Buy at only $60.00 and since I've been a "Total Tech Service" member for 3 years, I'M COVERED!!!!

Microwave works ok, but buttons are not too easy to see.

Nice microwave, but be cautious if you have full depth cabinets. Installed and door wouldn’t open at hinge. Tried to bring it out 1.5 inches, but the anchor holes for the top bolts are too far forward to work. Wish they had another set of anchor holes

Overall feel is cheap. It has a top vent that blocked our cabinet doors once it was installed. The vent sticks out higher than our older model. The door is loud upon opening and closing.

This particular microwave is an exceptional model for the money. We purchased this model almost 2 months ago and waited before posting this review. Our advice - purchase it, you will not be disappointed!

It fit fine and looks fine and I guess it was fine for the money spent. But just be aware that it has a power button but it doesn't really do anything. It has one power level and that is it. You don't have power levels like 90% on down to 10%. Also the door latch seems really cheap.

Great microwave for the price! Couldn’t find a better deal than Best Buy!
