    Nearly identical to the 12 year-old GE over the range microwave that it replaced. Only complaint is that the door is difficult to open, which was a problem on the first microwave that eventually resulted in broken handle and replacement of the microwave.

    This was replacing probably a 20yr old similar GE. This one is quiter, cooks faster and more evenly and was easy to install. The lighting for the range is brighter and the exhaust fan is quieter than my previous microwave. I ended up paying a little over $200 with BB rewards and that is an awesome price for an above the range microwave.

    Very happy with this microwave, installation was easy and it looks great. Also the cook settings are simple to get used to and the light is nice and bright with a dimmer option to go with it

    I love my new microwave. It cooks very quickly and evenly and it’s so much quieter than the old one I had. The preset buttons are perfect for potatoes, popcorn, etc and I like the turntable feature. The only con I can see with this item is the buttons on the front are very hard to read in low lighting because of the block front. It took a little getting used to learning which buttons are specific functions but. Ownthat ive has it for awhile I really do love it.

    This has performed as I would expect a microwave of this price point would. The "potato" function isn't perfect. I think you need smaller potatoes than we purchase.... or most stores sell.... for it to be spot on (3 potatoes, hit the button 3 times). But Clicking 3 for 2, 4 for 3... that works. Other than that, it is great.
