Great basic Microwave!

The only part we would change is the door is not easy to open and close. It sounds like you are slamming the door...has since day 1. This does not affect the cooking or reheating process, just inconvenient.

There are microwaves with more bells and whistles (which would never get used in my house). This one has plenty of features and does what it supposed to do and warm uo food ;)

This is very similar to the old model so no new learning curve. Same great features and the new one is working well. If this one lasts as long I will be a happy customer. Kudos to Best Buy having it in stock. Other stores said it could be weeks or months before they would have any back in stock.

The microwave fits perfectly in the space, which was very important because there is granite on each side, so the measurements were exact. The installation was scheduled without any problems, the installation was fast and well done. The option of having the old equipment removed and recycled was excellent. I am very happy with the product and service.

The new version has the same exterior dimensions, but larger interior dimensions. It has a different control pad layout, but almost the same controls. The new one is noticeably quieter, and heats very nicely. If it lasts the 17+ years the last one did, I'll be very impressed and likely to get a similar one again!

He was so nice, efficient, informative, clean, and conscious of taking care of my home. I took down the name of his company so that I could call him in the future, if I need his type of service in my home. I really can’t say enough great comments about him. Simply everything that I would want in a service man, along with his assistant.

The model is completely changed and will not match previously installed models, meaning the installation will need to be from scratch.

If you received a different model than the one you purchased and want to reach out to Best Buy about this, their customer service is available at 1 (888) 237-8289. If you received the model you ordered but aren’t happy with its design, we can advise that as well as similar models being released over time, design changes may also be made to models over the years. For over-the-range microwaves, we can also advise the hardware (including the mounting bracket) that comes with the new unit should be used. Changes may have been made to the hardware design even if the model is the same, and we cannot speak to the compatibility, safety and reliability of using old hardware with a new microwave. We purchased our home and it already came with this microwave. We thought it was on its last legs because we didn’t know how long the previous already owned it but it wasn’t thus we returned the new one. It’s a great size. Plenty of room inside for big plates which is why we wanted to replace it with the same model.
