It’s NOT sellable - let alone « excellent ». When returning it the store manager was sullen (probably because I interrupted his hanging out with the guys at the entrance (also had to interrupt their chat to ask them to move so I could roll the cart into the store)). He never said hello, welcome, sorry, etc - just looked angry and typed on and on leaving me standing there not knowing what he was doing or why. Was he looking for a replacement? Was he changing it to « unsellable » status? I didn’t know until I’d been standing there in silence for several minutes. The female team member was very polite and nice - but this manager has been promoted above his abilities. I haven’t shopped BB much in years - and this confirms I’ll keep using the mail-order/delivery giant going forward.

Fairly easy install and seems to work just as well as more expensive model it replaced. Very powerful, been using a countertop model in interim and this one is much more powerful

If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. Best Buy had it for a great price. Very happy with it as we did not use the convection feature on the original. We have a similar one in our house and it has performed well.

I'm quite happy with the new one. It is quieter while cooking and the vent fan is much improved noise wise . Easy to install too.

Easy to install with two people. Replaced a 23 year old over the range microwave. The only feature I wish it had is a night light mode.
