This GE Over-The-Range Microwave is just the basic model---nothing fancy---but it does the basics just fine. Which is all I need. Very user friendly. No complaints so far at all.

Awesome microwave,, my previous one just broke down and I was able to replace it with about the same model, just updated and it works great.

We replaced our 14-year microwave with this model, an excellent choice. Works exactly as expected, installation was straightforward, defrost and thaw functions do their jobs.

This one is working great. It may not have the extra frills, like the melt button, but has all the basics necessary to cook, reheat, pop popcorn. Nothing bad to say about it. Great for value.

Quiet. Don't even know it's working. Reheats food perfectly. Fan and lighting is great. Wish it had better features like melting butter, etc...

The GE product is great that they have kept the same measurements as prior products so that when you upgrade or need new they are a perfect fit.

good microwave for the price, we have black appliances, but had white microwave, been want to change out, and finally got it when it went back on sale

Installed easy and included venting option for our setup. Requires some tool know how if you install yourself. Operates as expected. LED display easy to see from distance

Very nice over the range microwave. Replaced a previous GE model. It's a microwave and does it's thing. It's biggest use is popping popcorn.

Easy to use .Like the color white. Cooks faster than my old microwave.

I had a matching set of GE appliances and they changed the style enough (in 8 years) where it stands out to me versus the other appliances. My only real problem was with install, they changed the mounting hole locations, which was then where the cabinet attached to the neighboring cabinets. It took a creative go around with help from my brother in law who is a finish carpenter. Aside from that I can't complain at all about functionality, it works well and does what it's supposed to.

Microwave control panel started to fail within a year. Microwave seems to take longer to warm up things. Not sure if it has to do with control panel or not. The control panel goes in and out. Some times it’s makes noise some times it doesn’t. Meaning sometimes when u push the buttons and when it’s done the signal doesn’t work. Seems like panel display flickers.

Bought a few weeks ago and it works great heats up good fast and it makes my kitchen look good. The price was pretty fair as well.

Service was excellent and product is quality great!
