    This microwave is easy to use and heats more evenly than our old one. The installers knew their stuff and installed it quicly and correctly. We are very happy with our choice.

    Looks great to replace my old one. Heats so much better than my last one (also a GE over the range) . I also like the fact that I can be using the timer feature and still just press a quick button, such as the 2 for 2 minutes, whereas my last GE over the range I had to use the cook time and press 2 followed by the two zeros. My only complaint is it seems loud closing. Like it is being slammed.

    Broke down after 2 months luckily it had factory warranty and they did fix it but now its way louder

      We are glad to hear that your microwave was fixed and working well now. It is normal for the unit to make sounds while operating.     It is somewhat different from previous microwaves I have gotten in the past. Satisfied with it except the light is very dim. It should be much brighter than that especially since it has two settings.
