    Easy to use. the installation on the wall was a challenge but Doable, if you follow the instructions. Great product and nice looking.

    A few little things that not fond of, like the keypad and the corner doesn't feel secure but overall not a bad product

    We bought this to replace a more expensive Frigidaire that we were having trouble with. Unfortunately, though this seemed comparable, it is lacking a few of the features we used frequently (like silencing the sound on the keypad and alarm). Also, the surface lights on this are a dim warm light instead of a bright white LED. Outside of those two things, it has worked just fine and will serve the purpose.

    This microwave was very easy to install. Since it is the same brand as our previous microwave, we didn't have to switch out the metal bracket to support it over the stove.
