    Generally Works fine, plenty powerful. However, one needs to push the buttons much harder than I am a custom to. Also, I like to frequently use timed and reduced power settings. The buttons are poorly organized for that.

  • I will never buy "open box" from Best Buy again

    Unfortunately the microwave was missing parts and the manual, so although I saved a little money buying it "open box", I had to waste time figuring out how to install it without the bracket, screws, correct plate, and I had to buy the missing grease filters. I called Best Buy to get the filters, but they said that since it's open box, they were not required to help me.

    Microwave works great. The only issue I have is that I replaced with the same model but the new one has different mounting points. The left side lines up but the right side does not so I had to drill another hole in the cabinet. I hope it lasts and they maintain the same mounting points in the future.
