    Had to replace old microwave over the stove. Choose the General Electric because the previous one was also a General Electric and the old mounting bracket worked without installing a new one. Template was poor.

    This was a replacement microwave for us. We went with the same company and similar model. I was able to install the microwave myself, but it does help to have an extra hand. The exhaust fan seems loud, but you do get used to it after awhile.

    Replaced an older GE over the range microwave with this. Same basic features but the new one is noticably quieter. Works well and was nice to be able to use the same wall bracket as the old one. The template for mounting to the top cabinet is a bit confusing though. Took a while to figure that part out, otherwise install would have gone much quicker.

    Installed myself. Works great. It did have a different mount and drill pattern than the previous GE, but the provided templates made it easy to mount the new bracket and drill the cabinet with one new hole left top to hang. The family loves the new microwave, and the Potato and Beverage settings are quite useful.

    I wondered what to do after ruining our Kenmore microwave. Our go to Sears has closed and we needed a replacement. Best Buy had the model we needed! Delivery and installation was fast and professional. They worked clean and carted away our ruined microwave. The new machine even reminds me if I select cook and do not open the door! No more Kitchen timer mishaps!
