    I barely use it. But it replaced an older model whose panel died. It works at expected but the mounting holes did not align perfectly with the old microwave and it was a little heavy to install. Eventually we got it installed and it is fine.

    Great over the stove microwave. The only reason 4 star review because longer or better screws needed. When replacing existing model with same, screws and holes don’t match up! Builder install.

    BestBuy purchase went fine. The unit mounting bracket was a bit aggravating to install. Replaced the exact same unit with a new one but the mounting brackets were different.

    This is not top of the line, but it has the functions that I need. The one I replaced had a few more features, but I rarely used them. The one thing that bothers me is the clock. The numbers are very close together and are are not legible from a distance.

    Does everything it's supposed to. Still works fine, but after almost 2 years, one of the display panel segments has failed so that some of the numbers don't display completely. It still works fine, but this is annoying.

    I received this microwave USED and does NOT Heat, I contacted Best buy but since it was past the exchange rate they did not help me. I barely had it installed so I did not realize it did not heat up until today. It turns on, it spins and lights work but it does not heat up

    Really my only rant is on GE as a company. Hate that they change the bracket for their microwaves just a teeny tiny bit, enough to need to take down the old bracket and reinstall new. Heads up on that if you're replacing a similar/same size GE microwave. Other than that, works great!

    We were lucky to get the color we wanted same day at a warehouse within driving distance. Installation take time, based on your skill level, but not impossible. Improvement on prior model: the vents are now hidden along the top of the door frame for a neater look. All in all, would definitely buy again.
