The greatest challenge was that it was the same brand that we had before but the wall support had different holes which made it difficult to install.

Heat something in it before they leave to make sure it works. Took 5 days to replace. Love it and all its features.

The popcorn button doesn't work on this one and asks me to input how many ounces the bag is. I finally figured out my bags are 3.29 ounces, and that is not an option for the microwave. They are standard size bags and that should be the default option, like with all other microwaves. Also the table seems to get stuck constantly when its spinning and it makes a bumping noise constantly

I haven't yet tried some of the operations/buttons I haven't named.

We followed directions and made sure fan vents were oriented correctly. Working well! Best Buy made it easy to order online and pick up at nearby store.
