Posted .We're glad you reached out. It seems that you may have activated the Control Lock-Out feature. This feature locks the control panel to prevent the oven from being accidentally started during cleaning or being used by children. To lock or unlock the controls, press and hold Cancel/Off for about three seconds. When the control panel is locked, “Loc” will be displayed briefly anytime a button is pressed. They said put the mounting bracket flush with the bottom rail of the cabinet. The microwave seems to stick up at least 0.10”. Looks like I have to try to shimmy the bracket down a little. This has been a pain to install.
