Missing the Support Bar and the bag of hardware. What was supposed to be a bargain, ended up costing me hours of time running to the hardware store, and the cost of purchasing a generic support bar and all the missing hardware.

Looks and works well, I took away 2 stars because they lost the mounting screws and its very hard to get replacements.

We changed the fuse in it because we saw the fuse had blue but it just keeps blowing the fuse every time we put a new one in so I’ve had it for just a little over a month and I have to go purchase a new one.

It is considered normal to have a small amount of play to the microwave door up or down of approximately 1/8". This is more often observed on the over-the-range models. If there is a problem with the keypad, we recommend contacting GE Factory Service at 1-800-432-2737. Thanks for providing your feedback!

It all of a sudden popped and saw a flash in the microwave while heating milk up for my child. Then it would not turn on. I had to replace the item with no refunds or discounts. Manufacturer did nothing for me.
