Very nice microwave, competitive price, looks great and not so bad to install when you have no experience. Wish the buttons were in a brighter color, hard to see but that is a little thing!

Great microwave, and at great price. Fairly basic, but it does everything we need it to do. Cooks quickly, and evenly. Nice bright white. Matches our white GE range nicely. Went in fairly easily. Although, the mounting bracket was a little cheesier than the older one, and the old one had three bolts to hold it up - new one only two. Not a real big deal - I hope!! Seems sturdy, but how much would it have cost to add the extra bolt?? Replaced a 20 year old GE unit, so hope this one lasts as long!!

Sleek look and easy to clean. Went back and forth on this. Plus the install team was amazing.

Had my kitchen completely redone and wanted to clear up some counter space by installing an over the range microwave. This one fit perfectly and looks great. It's super quiet and heats quickly and evenly. Also has vents and surface light which you can use when you're cooking on the stove.

I bought this as a replacement for a 6yr old basically the same model (model # was the same except last digit), assuming that installation would be easy. Not! They changed the mounting bracket and location of top screws. At least the exhaust fan outlet is in the same place.

Have only owned this GE microwave but it has performed well. I find it to be very quiet and easy to operate

Although this is a very nice microwave, it is not the identical model I ordered. The model number has an additional letter in it. The one I ordered had 2 lights under and this one has only one which was not bright enough. I had to take the cover off the light to get sufficient light. I called and customer service was quite helpful but no one could figure out what happened so I did not pursue it any further.

My microwave has performed very well so far. I purchased this model to replace my previous model which was exactly the same as it was just what I wanted

Awesome Mircowave! Ended up getting an open box one and it still worked perfect. Had an older version of this exact microwave that lasted several years and finally quit working. This is a wonderful upgrade. Very happy with it!

Well constructed and easy to use microwave. Good size. This one fits into my built-in cabinetry better than a previous 1.7 cu ft. The fan is not too noisy on the low setting.

The microwave seems to be working fine. However, on one occasion it became confused and would not work for even a simple reheat; screen displayed "Food" when "start" was pressed and simply would not work. This happened 8 days after installation. Out of sheer frustration and unable to get through to GE's support I unplugged it and replugged it and it has worked properly since. I was prepared to call Best Buy and have it replaced immediately. Good quick fix to be aware of.

We purchased this microwave to replace a microwave of another brand. It has all the features that we needed and for a very good price. Additionally, this GE microwave is much quieter than our previous one.

So far, this unit is performing up to my needs and expectations.

This was a replacement microwave for us, and we're pleased with its efficiency and how quiet it is. Minor quibbles are that the lower power settings seem to drop off pretty quickly, and the display can be a little hard to read. But we're satisfied with how it works.

Never even thought to look at Best Buy for an appliance but when the big box stores had a 4-5 week waiting period for install and your previous microwave blew up you find other avenues. Got it purchased and installed in 5 days, installer was a great guy, knew what he was doing and wasted no time in getting it done, explained everything to me and cleaned up. Love the microwave, good price and nice look

So far excellent performer! Simple Installation. Notably lighter than previous generation microwaved.
