It cooks very quickly and evenly and it’s so much quieter than the old one I had. The preset buttons are perfect for potatoes, popcorn, etc and I like the turntable feature. The only con I can see with this item is the buttons on the front are very hard to read in low lighting because of the block front. It took a little getting used to learning which buttons are specific functions but. Ownthat ive has it for awhile I really do love it.

The "potato" function isn't perfect. I think you need smaller potatoes than we purchase.... or most stores sell.... for it to be spot on (3 potatoes, hit the button 3 times). But Clicking 3 for 2, 4 for 3... that works. Other than that, it is great.

This one is quiter, cooks faster and more evenly and was easy to install. The lighting for the range is brighter and the exhaust fan is quieter than my previous microwave. I ended up paying a little over $200 with BB rewards and that is an awesome price for an above the range microwave.

And I love that. It has every option I could need. It is easier to use than my previous one. The installation team was courteous, polite and made sure I knew how to operate it before they left.
