    The fan works well for removing steam from the cooktop. The timer beeps every so often when you leave something in the microwave, which is a nice feature. The auto reheat is nice.

    My only complaint is that there are two screws missing. They are screws that hold the outside case to the inner frame. Not a deal breaker, but should not be. I can't find the screws in the parts list.

    Haven't used it much, about a month. No problems. Good heating without hot spots. Not sure what the rack is for, probably just throw it out later.

    Control panel too dark, need to put glasses on to read. Also won't turn on unless you place food in it just before pushing start

    I like the product. Wish I had my shelves up prior to delivery. That way Best Buy could have installed it. Nothing like bonding with the hubby over power tools.

    Overall the appliance works fine. It arrived with a dent in the side. We had already arranged to have it installed right away due to a dinner party and had no time to send it back. I sometimes wish we could shut the quick cook time settings off, but overall a good product.
