This is a good microwave with the exception of the following: - Occasionally a message will appear on the control panel to "Insert the food" when the food is already inside. You have to open the door and shut it then press start. I have not discovered how to turn this feature off, if it is even possible to do so. - The unit is usually freezing cold inside which means you have to cook the food longer to get it hot. I called for a reinstall, but when the same installers came out (people contracted by Best Buy to do the work, not Best Buy employees), they said there was nothing that could be done. In all honesty, I am not sure if this is a problem in the microwave or the vent pipe to the outside of the house. Hopefully, this will only be an issue in winter. Otherwise, the unit functions well, is easy to clean and the price was excellent for a white one.

The microwave works great. It looks nice but does show fingerprints.

Purchase was easy, item ready on time. I was helped into my car with the very large box, thank you. Man who helped me was very courteous, which was lovely. The microwave is almost the same as the one being replaced, so no learning curve. Me other lasted 17 years so that’s super.

Installation was easy. After 3 weeks, we've had no issues. cooking time is shorter, as it has more power than our last microwave.

This microwave replaced a 16 year old GE Profile which was beginning to falter and make noises. This unit is working great and is much quieter than our previous model and we are happy with it so far.

This is a good Over the range Microwave, only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it gets fingerprints all over and in the promo it said it comes with an wired grill inside to be able to heat 2 meals at the same time like the old one I’m replacing; but guess what it didn’t come with it!

Got it to replace my broken above the stove hood vent one. Was hoping that my old GE model had the same bracket but it didn't. Not too bad though. Got the whole thing set up and working in an hour. The unit is much lighter than the old one but the quality is still good. Got on a discount so it was a definitely a "Best Buy".

We have had this microwave for just over two years and it is still doing great

This microwave replaced a 15 year old microwave and has all of the features my old Whirlpool Gold had. It is easy to use, large interior. The control panel is a little hard to read because it is black. I love the Slate color, doesn't show the fingerprints. Was very easy to install.

I love my new microwave because lg good oroduct. Best buy had best price and having membershio with geek squad they delivered and installed for free. Service representative was wonderful she was helpful and knowledgeable.
