    I ordered this one because it was the same one I had. Wasn't happy with the way they changed the screw holes to hold under cabinet. I had to cut tile and remove wood to make it fit instead of 1/2 hour install it took hours. when they change things they should explain it.

We can advise than when an over-the-range microwave is replaced, you should use the mounting bracket that comes included with the new microwave, even if you're replacing with the same model. The new screws, bolts and other hardware should also be used, and the new installation instructions should be followed. This is because the design and installation requirements can change over time.     Have used it a lot and it works fine. Only problem is that the settings on the control panel do not light up so when using it in early evening I need to turn on kitchen lights.

    This microwave came out of the box ready to install. The installation was easy once you determine how you plan to vent it. Once decided, the install went fairly easily. The instructions were straight forward and easy to understand. The unit works perfectly and is very fast. Recommend!

    The first one stopped working properly after 3 days, after speaking to a technician he recommended getting a new one- new one works well, would have liked a couple if features my old one had eg veg cook hard/soft but this one fit the space that I had to use and do it’s the truck

    I am very pleased with this microwave. It fit perfectly in the space over my range. I like the express cook feature and that the turntable can be turned off if necessary.

    My expectations have been justified. I had been very pleased with microwave that finally needed to be replaced after years of use. The GE I purchased to replace it appeared to be the same, but the new version with updated features. I was correct. It has been great choice for me.

    The oven portion works fine, I just wish the control panel had better contrast and that it was a bit more user friendly. It probably just takes getting used to because we had our other microwave oven for so many year.

    Very nice microwave for the price. There are more expensive ones but this was to replace a 15 year old unit. Kind of a temporary unit till we redo the kitchen. But really nice.
